Pregnant women should lower their ’sushi’ intake due to mercury toxins

According to joint guidelines issued from both the FDA and the EPA, women of child-bearing years trying to conceive or pregnant should limit their fish intake to no more than two servings a week in order to protect the unborn child from potential brain damaging mercury.
